Hi Andre:

   Michael is right, I had the same bug in my code :) 

   I think on the line: System.out.println(te.term().utf8ToString() + ": " + decodeInt(tp.getPayload().bytes, 0));

   Instead of passing 0 as the offset, change it to tp.getPayload().offset, your test should work.
