[SUCCESS] Tapestry 5.0.13

Despite the problem that Massimo found, I think we should go forward
with the release.  We'll just have a quicker follow up.

Just an idea, why not use the wiki ?
A page for each release.

Seems like possible over-engineering to me, I was just poking some fun...
please don't spend any precious T5 dev time working on this Howard! (I
should have used a ;-p smiley in hindsight - a geek faux pas?)

Sorry.  Voting by email is clumsy and error prone.  I wish there was
some way we could use the web browser to vote, some kind of page where
votes would appear and individuals could make their selections.  Does
anybody know how to do something like that?
