The rasterizer only takes in parameters a list of svg files to
transform.

build rasterizer -Dargs=<foo>.svg... 

should work fine. Anyway, for command line app, I really prefer fixing
my classpath and call the java org.apache.batik.apps.rasterizer.Main ...
