This is an enhancement to support reuse of config objects and helps with querying/ creating/ updating only config data when needed
It is pain to create the From/To/Driver/Link config every time a new LINK or JOB is posted.

v1/config/link?configurableId=?&direction ( get all the config details for the given configurable )
