trouble with label printing

When I print labels the label outlines are printing. 

How do I stop it from printing the label borders/outlines/boundries on my labels?

I have searched the online forums and I have not been able to find any help. I have also tried every setting I can think of with no relief.  It ruins my labels by printing the border.
