testWSDD problem with latest code base

Hi,

I am getting an error in testWSDD when running ant all-tests with a clean 
check out of the latest code base (I'm on windows2000 and jdk1.3.1_03-b03).

I'd like to check in a couple of patches before a release so I'd appreciate 
if someone could shed some light on this.

Thomas,

Please comment testWSDD out and run your tests. If it works...Check in your code. I will look into
this.
