Lokahi has been retired

Hi,

The Incubator PMC has decided to retire the Lokahi project due to inactivity.

I am closing down the project resources as described in [1].

Please contact general@incubator.apache.org if you are interested in
resuming work on this project. Alternatively, please contact the
relevant project mailing list if you are interested in seeing parts of
the Lokahi codebase taken over by another project community.
