ran the HostCleanup.py script on a freshly installed 2.2 cluster and the following directories were missed (that I noticed):
/hadoop/yarn
/etc/hive-webhcat
/etc/kafka
/etc/knox
/etc/slider
/etc/storm-slider-client
/var/log/kafka
/var/log/knox
/usr/hdp/2.2.0.0-2041
/usr/hdp/current
/var/lib/knox
/var/lib/ganglia-web
