Can we get the helm RC versions released via helm publish the way full versions are?
Helm dependencies are required to be a helm published tgz. <https://helm.sh/docs/helm/helm_dependency/>
I could help with testing the new RC `1.19.0RC2` if it was published.

I searched for hours and never found that.
When I was guessing at the version I was trying `1.19.0rc2` `1.19.0-rc2` `1.19.0-rc.2` and the future release version.

They are always published and installable via dist.apache.org - https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/airflow/helm-chart/1.19.0rc3/ - this is explained in https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/main/dev/README_RELEASE_HELM_CHART.md#verify-release-candidates-by-contributors
