We recently graduated to TLP and did get our website up and running. See INFRA-8727.

But now when I try to commit a change, I get this error message in the CMS:

The operation is forbidden by the server: Commit failed (details follow):: Changing file '/usr/local/cms/wc/metamodel/kaspersor-pylJyW/trunk/content/index.html' is forbidden by the server: Access to '/repos/asf/!svn/txr/1644019-101hw/metamodel/site/trunk/content/index.html' forbidden at /usr/local/cms/webgui/lib/ASF/CMS/WC/Commit.pm line 64
