Wrong link in the home page

Hi,

I am not sure to post the problem on the right place, but I've not found 
a better one.

On main page, the link to "full release notes" is wrong. It is :
http://www.apache.org/dist/poi/release/bin/RELEASE-NOTES.txt
instead of :
http://www.apache.org/dist/poi/release/bin/RELEASE_NOTES.txt
