   The sequence duration is the sum of the duration of each individual action in the sequence which are not sequences. This constitutes one term in the GB-s calculation (the `s` term). For the `GB` the sequence scheduler finds the max memory of all individual actions and uses that for the second term. Is this really what we intended or just a feature of the current implementation?
