Shindig & Partuza Mac OS X installation guide

Hey Everyone,

With the joy of having a new Mac to configure came the oppertunity to  
also write the long overdue “Setting up Shindig and Partuza on Mac OS  
X” in the process.

It requires you to have a mac OS X 10.5.x (leopard) instalation, and  
basic knowledge of how to use a terminal.
