Hi.

Currently IndexIgnore seems to simply always add new patterns.
Would be nice if there was a way to reset this or if it simply behaves like
most directives and the latest one overrides and previous.

btw: If the pattern would be a PCRE, that would be nice, too ;)

IndexIgnoreReset is already in 2.3
