merge back to hyracks master?

Can we merge new changes back to hyracks master now since it has been
released?

If it wasn't implicit from the [RESULT] email, we can merge stuff to
Hyracks master now. Asterix is still in bugfixes-only mode though.

Yeah, let me just call the [RESULT] and then we can start with
0.2.17-SNAPSHOT in earnest (as well as the AsterixDB release).

It’s not released yet, but things are looking good.
On 5:21 pm today the minimum 72-hour period for the VOTE was over and 
we’ve got 3 binding votes on general@i.a.o (and 2 more on this list).

I think that we could just tally the VOTE and call it a release.

Also, I think that it should be safe to merge now, but I’ll leave the 
opening of the gates to the release manager :)
