### What happened + What you expected to happen
When spark EngineConn is down, the related application in yarn is stuck at the state 'Accepted'.
### Relevent platform
CentOS 7
### Reproduction script
Submit a SQL task. When a spark engineconn is starting and the related application is yarn has state "Accepted" , kill the engineconn, then the engineconn will shutdown, but the application in yarn is still stuck with state "Accepted".
