Apacahe + Tomcat 3.2.1 on separate machines

Hi all,

Does anyone have the details of how to setup apache and Tomcat on two
separate machines ?.

I want to setup one machine to run Apache 1.3.12 and the other to run
Tomcat 3.2.1, such that all servlet and Jsp requests will be executed on
the machine that is running Tomcat.

Essentially what is the configuration information required in
httpd.conf, mod_jk.conf, server.xml and workers.properties
