TOC Github pages compatible solution
Hi,
just find this [1] (the blog post linked is [2])
I grab it from this Jekyll post in user forum where people comments it's
the only compatible way to make this in GitHub.
It's a script that is MIT license (but although it wasn't MIT license I
think doesn't mind since we'll be using it to generate the docs and will
published only that generated docs)
