Summary: How to use a truststore other than cacerts
           Product: Tomcat 5
           Version: 5.5.9
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Catalina
        AssignedTo: tomcat-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: atanu.mukherjee@jpmorgan.com

Hi. I would like to use a truststore file other than the JDK's cacerts when I
use the deployer utility for command-line deploy/undeploy/start/stop/list etc
over HTTPS.

I do not find any documentation for doing that. Perhaps there is a JVM
argument that I need to specify. Something like -
Djavax.net.ssl.TrustStore=/home/tomcat55/etc/trust.jks.

The example above is a fictitious one. That does not work. It is for making my
objective clear. Can you please point me in the right direction ? If there is
a JVM argument for this, what is it ?

Regards

Atanu Mukherjee
