POI - Jenkins/windows1 instance has svn problems

Hi,

we are facing some svn problems at Jenkins/windows1 [1]
Apart of that, our builds run much longer on this instance than on ubuntu.

Please have a look on this instance.

As there were some SVN server changes recently and we might have missed some
necessary configuration changes, please advise us on it, if there is a config
change needed.
