[0.13.0/0.12.2] Transparent Images

Is this transparent images part fixed yet? Im compiling the CVS source
right now to test, have tried the 0.13.0 thats available for downloading
at the website.

The transparent part becomes grey (as it would if you didn't use the alpha).
Is there a way to set a given background color for the image or is the
transparent part fixed to 100% in the CVS? (the background param does exist
in the fo but is not used in fop).

I'd be glad for a very quick response, thanks!

Partial transparency support exist in last CVS for Gif images (transparent
background). There's a little bug, and sometimes, the transparent
(background more often) color isn't rendered "transparent".

I want (but don't have time for now) to implement alpha transparency.
