   If it's limited to dividing say 24 hours by 12 hours, how useful is it?
   I'm not seeing an argument that other SQL DBs allow this.
   If this is only meant to work on intervals of type like "24 hours" then isn't `date_part` sufficient to extract the interval exactly?
