### Which version of ShardingSphere did you use?

### Expected behavior
- When trying to drag the scrollbar of the table of contents on the mobile page, it should work fine.
- 
### Actual behavior
- The scroll bar of the table of contents cannot be dragged. In devtool I can see that an exception is thrown.

### Steps to reproduce the behavior, such as: SQL to execute, sharding rule configuration, when exception occur etc.
- Open https://shardingsphere.apache.org/document/current/en/quick-start/shardingsphere-proxy-quick-start/ in Microsoft Edge browser, then open devtool to switch to mobile view. Click on the directory and try to drag the scroll bar i.e. Reproducible. The trigger conditions are not fixed, and can be reproduced by switching between Chinese and English documents through the button in the upper right corner.
