custom distribution doc error patch
on

you can read
and somme path like /home/jbonofre/workspace/karaf/karaf/manual/src/main
this is due to varaible substitution
the correct texte is and path ${project.basedir}/src/main
I've patched 2.2.2 karaf manual to escape $ symbol

I think you also escape ${project.version} and other variables.
if I read the contents of
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/karaf/trunk/assemblies/apache-karaf-minimal/pom.xml
actually only the variable ${basedir} or ${project.basedir} are present
but in version 2.2.x and the doc refers to it in deprecated section some
other variable are needed escaped.

I checked and the source in the manual is correct: the problem is that
the ${project.basedir} is filtered. I gonna escape it.
