Updated package names in fineract cn

Hey all,

I just updated the package names in fineract cn.  There aren't many
files I *didn't* change.  The next time you pull one of the
repositories, you'll have to pull *all* of them.

The only repo I didn't touch was fineract-cn-mobile.  I don't know
enough about that repo to adjust it without risking breaking it.
Rajan or Markus?  Can one of you take that on?
