supercolumn level
Jonathan Ellis resolved CASSANDRA-268.
--------------------------------------
Resolution: Invalid
get_key_range works at they row key level, and doesn't care whether it operates on standard or supercolumn families.
but pulling keys out from inside a CF doesn't make sense (super or otherwise).
