[INFO]New step-by-step page for build OpenOffice from source

Hi,

I have started a new wiki page [1] with simple step-by-step instructions 
of how to build and install Apache OpenOffice from source.  At the 
moment there is only one section for Ubuntu 12.04.

Please feel free to add sections for other operation 
systems/platforms/distributions/...  You are also welcome to point out 
any errors or omissions.
