[jira] [Created] (GUACAMOLE-984) RDP Sessions closes after 2'32"
Saxa Egea created GUACAMOLE-984:
-----------------------------------
Summary: RDP Sessions closes after 2'32"
Key: GUACAMOLE-984
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GUACAMOLE-984
Project: Guacamole
Issue Type: Bug
Components: guacamole-server
Affects Versions: 1.1.0
Environment: Frontend: Linux Debian 9 + Tomcat 8 + openjdk 1.8.0_242
Backend: Linux Debian 9
Reporter: Saxa Egea
Fix For: 1.0.0
When using guacd 1.1 I can connect to any RDP session.
But, after 2'32' the session closes automatically.
There is a frontend with the guacamole-client (WAR) and a backend (guacd). I can see in the logs:
Mar 10 14:15:48 HOSTNAME-BE guacd[9413]: Security mode: RDP
Mar 10 14:15:48 HOSTNAME-BE guacd[9413]: Parameter "client-name" omitted. Using default value of "Guacamole RDP".
Mar 10 14:15:49 HOSTNAME-BE guacd[9413]: Clipboard data received. Reporting availability of clipboard data to RDP server.
Mar 10 14:15:49 HOSTNAME-BE guacd[9413]: Clipboard data received. Reporting availability of clipboard data to RDP server.
Mar 10 14:16:15 HOSTNAME-BE guacd[9413]: Clipboard data received. Reporting availability of clipboard data to RDP server.
Mar 10 14:18:09 HOSTNAME-BE guacd[9413]: Clipboard data received. Reporting availability of clipboard data to RDP server.
Mar 10 14:18:20 HOSTNAME-BE guacd[9413]: RDP server closed connection: Manually logged off.
Mar 10 14:18:20 HOSTNAME-BE guacd[9413]: Internal RDP client disconnected
Between the backend and the RDP Server the is no Firewall.
Finnally I get back to guacd 1.0.0 and everything works as expected. Nothing more changed.
