    Bug: search result page shows misleading Archive buttons

    For exmaple, navigate to:
    
    https://lists.apache.org/list.html?dev@ponymail.apache.org
    
    Do a search for Subject: VOTE
    Lists: All
    
    This adds spurious Archive buttons going back to 1995.
    
    Even for search within a list, the Archive buttons are not useful, as they show the full range of years, regardless of whether there are any matches in them.
