Christopher,
I didn't notice when the issue was created until now and I would like to help fixing it ASAP.

We have not seen anything like this before. 
Can you get me access to the instance in order for me to try and figure out what is going on there directly?

> I updated the code and recreated the dataset.  Once the feeder is started, it will ingest a couple hundred entries and then the database becomes non-responsive.  I can restart the instance, but about the same amount of entries will be ingested before is stops working again.
