Congratulations on a very concise summary, but I think you could shorten
it a bit more; just "should" would cover the topic, don't you agree? :-)

Oh, by the way -- do assign issues to yourself before marking them as
started.

hmm, good eye.  There appears to be a bug in the issue tracker, or
maybe in my web browser.  If one updates issue 735 and neglects to
specify a log message, and subsequantly specifies a message on the
message enforcement page, the 'mkdir -p' is removed from the issue
summary.  I am using galeon, I wonder if anyone wants to verify this
using a different browser.
