v2 patch. Extends IntegrationTestBase, but Monkey is disabled. We still work on Fault tolerance support (HBASE-15227), besides this there is no real IT for snapshot (nobody has ever tested snapshots with fault injections), hence we will be failing real IT (with chaos monkey enabled) because we depends on snapshot functionality. If the purpose to document only different  types of failures, I can enable CM, otherwise I would postpone this (but not merge to master) until Phase 3 complete.
