By accident I found out what is going on: when I upgraded, the language was set
to English and also the local settings were set to English (I may have done
this myself, cannot remember this anymore). The original settings were
Dutch/Dutch. This caused the 509-errors. When I put back the language and the
local settings back to Dutch, the 509-errors disappeared. It would be nice if
these settings could be change without causing the 509-errors.
