Sagt eine Menge aus und der IE (ich habe den 6-er und MSXML4) hat damit

Die Variable ist in der Tat zwei mal inerhalb eines Templates definiert und
 das ist definitiv ein Fehler:

hehe, good catch to exclude the IE *g*
Well, it's a real error according to the spec. It's fixed now (in CVS).
"Our" processor (xalan) didn't complain, so I never saw that error.
