[MEETING-NOTES] Community meeting 2020-11-11

* Shashi/Mukul presented the Ratis Streaming proposals from HDDS-4454. Plan
to do prototyping with Ratis filestore example to test performance
improvement.

* Li/Nanda updated on the SCM HA feature development on HDDS-2823.
    + Li has a private version of SCM that passes basic SCM failover
requirement for Phase I.
    + HDDS-2823 branch still has some merging issues with container manager
related tests. Nanda is working on it and will update early next week.

* Next Wed SCM HA meeting to discuss security related design for SCM HA.
