[CANCEL][VOTE] Release Apache Knox 0.8.0

Unfortunately, I have found what is a blocking issue in the dependencies
between pac4j and opensaml libraries.

https://github.com/pac4j/pac4j/pull/445

This issue was resolved in pac4j 1.8.5 and we are currently dependent on
1.8.3.

I will file a jira to fix this as well as another NPE issue that I came
across and cut another rc in the next day or two.

Here is my -1 for good measure.
