[jira] [Resolved] (GUACAMOLE-509) Clipboard Permission Manager - breaks Google Hangouts and possibly other Chrome functionality

Michael Jumper resolved GUACAMOLE-509.
--------------------------------------
    Resolution: Invalid

Though originally written for the purpose of integrating clipboard with Guacamole, the "Clipboard Permission Manager" extension is not produced by nor maintained by the Apache Guacamole project. If you believe you have found a bug in this or any other downstream project, you will need to report that bug to the project in question.

The extension you refer to has a JIRA project here: [https://glyptodon.org/jira/projects/CLIP]

> Our environment uses Guacamole for RDP from Chrome web browser primarily from ChromeOS devices. We also have some of our users accessing from Chrome browser on Windows 7/10 machines.
> We have found recently (within the last month) that on all Chrome platforms the Clipboard Permission Manager extension breaks the video chat functionality in Google Hangouts - the "video call" button no longer works.
> Users can still create video Hangouts via Calendar and access them via hyperlink, but we have isolated this exclusively to this Chrome extension, either managed via G Suite or installed on a per-user basis.
