[Discussion] 1.5.0 roadmap

Hi all,

In order to coordinate efforts for the next 1.5.0 minor release, let's join the discussion here: https://github.com/apache/incubator-mxnet/issues/14619

Once we have some clarity on the items to track for 1.5.0 release from the discussion, we will come back to the list and propose a timeline for it. Thanks.
