[GitHub] [incubator-echarts] 3v3ryb0dy opened a new issue #13739: Visual map boundary shifted if min/max too low/high

3v3ryb0dy opened a new issue #13739:
URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-echarts/issues/13739

   ### Version
   5.0.0
   previous versions are also affected

   ### Reproduction link
   [https://jsfiddle.net/y6h2ngL7/](https://jsfiddle.net/y6h2ngL7/)

   ### Steps to reproduce
Initially, I just wanted to make everything above the x-axis green and everything below red. Turns out it is not possible, at least I couldn't figure out how.

Please take a look at the attached JSFiddle for steps to reproduce.

If you provide a number way below 0 as min with a max of 0, the boundary shifts above 0.
If you provide a number way above 0 as max with a min of 0, the same issue occurs.

   ### What is expected?
The green area should be above the x-axis, whereas the red area should only be below.

   ### What is actually happening?
The boundary shifts to something above the x-axis.

   ---
If anyone has a better way to achieve what I'm looking for, please let me know.
