[dev] Requesting review and possible merge of https://github.com/apache/libcloud/pull/845

Hello,

I have recently found when updating to Libcloud 1.x.x that AzureBlobStorage no longer functions as expected.

I've created a possible fix on PR https://github.com/apache/libcloud/pull/845 please can this be reviewed and merged if appropriate.

Additional I've created (and had merged ) https://github.com/apache/libcloud/pull/839.

I kindly request a new release of libcloud as I require both of these fixes for our production platform.
