Description: As a windows user (software developer) I'd like to verify my Xerces download archive, this is also said on Apache website. However, the explanation on how to do it is incomprehensible for a normal guy like me without enough qualifications in Nerdish. I have successfully validated downloads from other sources. (was: Vulnerabilities were reported to the project that led to the discovery of several buffer overflows.
The issue was publically disclosed as CVE-2016-0729)
