Which Sampler to use to test RESTful Web Service?

Dear Team,

I was told that JMeter can be used for testing RESTful webservice. I was wondering whether to use "Sampler > HTTP Request HTTPClient" or "Sampler > WebService(SOAP Request)"?

Please guide.
