   I captured the packets with the wireshark.
   Perhaps, I might find the root cause of the issue.
   
   When the symptom happened. The telnet server sent a FIN packet with ** Window size=0 **.
   So the telnet client can not send a FIN packet but continue to send a keep-alive packet.
   
   Please see the attached file.
   You can find the sequence with a filter "tcp.stream.eq 2".
   
   NOTE:
   10.0.1.20: Spresense
