{{Manage Configuration Groups}} dialog has multiple UI tweaks to be done.
* Tooltips for actions
** + = Create new Configuration Group
** - = Delete Configuration Group
** Rename = Rename Configuration Group
** Duplicate = Duplicate Configuration Group
** + = Add hosts to selected Configuration Group
** - = Remove hosts from selected Configuration Group
* {{Description}} field should be shown for selected config-group underneath the {{Overrides}} field
* {{Delete Configuration Group}} should have a confirmation popup, before actually invoking DELETE call.
