The attached patch file works fine for all of the above mentioned scenarios.
I have applied the patch file along with the tests as part of the commit https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf?p=olingo-odata4.git;a=commit;h=bf12185b5922ccd254dbc7687b5baad187492025
Kindly reopen if issue still persists.
