getting "connection reset" error accessing averbis/m2

Hi,

While trying to build Ruta-v3, I get a solid failure when it tries to build the
eclipse plugins - it always fails at the same spot, saying:

[ERROR] Failed to execute goal on project ruta-ep-parent: Could not resolve
dependencies for project org.apache.uima:ruta-ep-parent:pom:3.0.0-SNAPSHOT:
Could not transfer artifact org.eclipse.swt.win32.win32:x86_64:jar:3.104.1
from/to averbis-osgi-releases (http://maven.averbis.com/m2/): GET request of:
org/eclipse/swt/win32/win32/x86_64/3.104.1/x86_64-3.104.1.jar from
averbis-osgi-releases failed: Connection reset -> [Help 1]

Pointing a browser to this jar at the website (I can navigate to that spot, just
fine) and trying to download it, also gives "Failed - network error".

Any ideas?

-Marshall

Thanks for checking.  Based on that, I suspected my internet connection at work
is objecting to something in that data stream; it loads around 20 KB before
encountering this.  I found a workaround - use an alternative internet
connection.  Then it worked ok.

Strange...

Didn't we have the same problem with the exact same file last time?

I do not remember what the problem was or if we resolved it.

I can access and download the file from my home network :-(

could you please check "permissions" on that Jar - is read permitted for all?

It's acting like it can't be read.

I think not - other files are OK, only that one seems to fail?

Try pointing your browser to
http://maven.averbis.com/m2/org/eclipse/swt/win32/win32/x86_64/3.104.1/ and then
clicking on the jar file and downloading it...

Fails consistently for me.  Other files OK. -Marshall
