Empty cookie names and RFC 6265
RFC6265CookieSpec throws an exception when the cookie name is empty, but the RFC explicitly says the cookie string should be ignored in this case (§5.2.5). Is this an intentional deviation from the spec, or a bug?

Sounds like a bug. Please raise a JIRA for this defect.
