Andrei Dulceanu resolved OAK-6606.

    Resolution: Fixed

Refactored {{BulkTransferBenchmark}} to adhere to constraints imposed by {{ScalabilityBenchmark}} and created {{ScalabilityStandbySuite}} which takes care of setting up cold standby server and client.

Fixed at r1818682.
