Straming Cube is not building

Hi all,

My streaming cube is not building from GUI build option.
I have also tried to build it from Postman but the same exception getting.

Exception is startoffset must be smaller than endoffset.

And my cube startoffset is smaller than endoffset. Then also it is giving
same exception.

Plz help me. If any one have solved this issue.
