When the service is started every time, the IP of the server will change, and skywalking will register a new service instance. How to ensure that skywalking has only one service instance for different IP of the same service

You can specify the instance name yourself, if you don't, SkyWalking agent will generate it randomly. Refer to https://github.com/apache/skywalking/blob/master/docs/en/setup/service-agent/java-agent/README.md
